Beacon Grand
Two decades and $40M+ of work with one landmark hotel. The Starlite Room relaunched in seven weeks while the rest of the building stayed live.
Every public space renovated on the run-up to Super Bowl LX and the 2026 FIFA World Cup: lobby, bar, meeting floors and amenities, with zero days closed.
Modernized the lobby, public spaces, and fifth-floor restaurant (Dirty Habit) with heated outdoor seating: complete removal of the existing restaurant and introduction of new high-end finishes, new design-build MEP systems, and all-new LED lighting with dimming controls. The hotel remained operational during construction, requiring fast-track scheduling.

This 116-room boutique hotel reopened on its centennial anniversary in 2013, with interior and exterior upgrades including the S+R Lounge, Cavalier Restaurant, meeting spaces, and new mechanical systems, prioritizing ADA compliance and water efficiency.
Transformed the former Radisson Fisherman's Wharf into Hotel Zephyr with an eclectic nautical theme: guest room and accessibility upgrades, complete public-space redesign, and extensive courtyard renovation (removed the existing pool, remediated subsurface soil, built new exterior amenities, added new suites in converted storage areas, multiple fire pits on the patio). A second phase repositioned retail spaces with new tenants and an upgraded facade.
