A track record of complex buildings, delivered
The hotel never closed.
Every public space renovated on the run-up to Super Bowl LX and the 2026 FIFA World Cup: lobby, bar, meeting floors and amenities, while guests checked in and out around us the entire time.
A designer wanted steel. We gave them the exact look, hundreds of pounds lighter.
The design called for four-foot, one-inch steel plates hung from a ceiling. Beautiful, and in a city that shakes, hundreds of pounds of structural risk overhead.
We delivered the identical look in boxed, blackened aluminum, fabricated in our own shop and installed without a single trip back to the architect. It's the work other GCs send out. We keep it under our roof.
