Interior remodel of a Mexican restaurant space within the historic Presidio Officers' Club: build-out of the Arguello dining room, kitchen, remote pantry, and remote storage location, while preserving historic architectural elements (light fixtures, ceiling beams, adobe walls), plus an outdoor dining canopy in the adjacent Portola Courtyard. New electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, telecom, data, alarm, life safety, and fire protection systems.

Scope included lobby updates and a complete demolition/re-launch of the nightclub space with all-new finishes, bar, and MEP systems. Completed in seven weeks within an operating downtown hotel; features 180-degree city views and live music.
Interior renovation transforming the space into an authentic French brasserie dining space: a new mezzanine, wine storage and kitchen facilities, tile flooring, and all finish work. Eight-week project run in double shifts and weekends while the restaurant was closed. Features a simple, seasonally-changing menu of vegetables, fish, seafood, and hearty meats.
